Past CYCA Commodore, Howard Piggott's Beneteau First 40 Flying Cloud made her racing debut in the CYCAs Grant Thornton Short Ocean Autumn Pointscore 2010, eventually winning IRC Division 1.  More recently, Flying Cloud placed second in the CYCAs Spring Series in 2015 and won both races in the CYCA Trophy Passage Series to claim her Trophy win in the Cruising Yacht Club of Australia series held ahead of the Rolex Sydney Hobart Yacht Race.
